The National Country Assessment aims to provide the Government of Madagascar and national partners interested in these subjects with an information base to better know and understand the link that exists in the country between migration and environmental changes, including climate change.
This assessment analyses the political, legal and operational framework of each of these phenomena, the national mapping of vulnerabilities, as well as the causes, effects and multisectoral impacts of this interdependence through a field study on two study sites. This report proposes in the last section of the document, a series of recommendations in relation to the results and conclusions formulated.
