The overall objective is to assist with the development of SADC regional and national DRR information management systems in support of DRR policy and provide capacity enhancement interventions to benefit SADC Member States, civil society organizations and the private sector to better contribute towards the implementation of DRR activities in the region with:
- DRR IMS Information Sharing Protocol.
- Training/Report for Member States: Upload and link regional hazard risk maps to the Regional DRR Information Management System (IMS); interoperability and data and information flow in the SADC Region.
- Rolled-out Regional DRR information management systems to SADC Member States.
