The overall objective of this assignment is to support SADC to strengthen its policy, advocacy and capacity development programme and provide capacity enhancement interventions to benefit SADC member states, civil society organisations and the private sector to better contribute in the implementation of DRR activities in the southern Africa region to contribute to the following deliverables.
- Disaster Risk Reduction Situational Analysis Report on about DRR policies, strategies and legislative framework background;
- Peer Review Mechanism Programme for the SADC Region; and,
- Peer Review for two Member States: Terms of Reference.
