National Contingency Plan 2013-2014 (Annexes)

The objectives of this National Contingency Plan were to:

1. Prioritize the major hazards that threaten the Union of the Comoros;
2. Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the 2012 flood management;
3. Define alert levels to trigger the response;
4. Define the coordination mechanism at the national level by highlighting the responsibilities of each sector of the emergency response;
5. Plan the activities to be undertaken by the different response sectors.
