This Strategic Plan sets the trajectory of the National Disaster Management Agency for the next five years.
It is developed based on the understanding of global trends and best practice in disaster risk management and the Swaziland context, over and above the ambition of the NDMA Board and staff reflected on where the organization is envisioned to be in the next five years. It focuses both on ministry and organizational development.
